What data and information do we need from you? ▾
In order to establish a hunting organization and prepare the founding documents, we will need from you the name, registered office address, details of the three persons (founders and officials) and half-tickets of these persons. We will summarize everything for you in the emails we send you, all you have to do is contact us.
What should be the name of the hunting organization? ▾
The name of the hunting organization can be in Slovak as well as in a foreign language. The name of a hunting organization must not be derogatory, offensive or interchangeable with the name of another hunting organization that is already registered.You can check the compliance in this link. Where can the headquarters be? Do I have to have my own premises? ▾
The seat of the hunting organization serves mainly as a correspondence address. You can have your seat in an apartment, house, or any other real estate. Most clients state the address of one of the members as the seat of the hunting organization.
Who can be the founder an how many of them there must be? ▾
At least three citizens of the Slovak Republic over the age of 18 who hold valid hunting licenses are required to establish a hunting lodge. A person who is not a national of the Slovak Republic cannot be a founder, but he can be a member.
How long does it take to establish a hunting organization? ▾
It is very fast with us, we usually send the founding documents to clients within 48 hours of receiving payment. The district office in the seat of the region performs registrations within approximately 15 - 20 days from the submission of the proposal.
Does the foundation have to keep accounts? ▾
Yes, it is required to keep simple accounts. If the income of the hunting organization exceeds € 200,000 per year, it is mandatory to keep double-entry bookkeeping.
I want to receive 2% of the tax, how to do it? ▾
No, the hunting organization is not entitled to collect 2% of the tax.
Is the price for establishing a hunting organization final? ▾
Yes, the price of 396 € (330 € service + 66 € fee) for the establishment of a hunting organization is final and does not increase by any additional fees.
