First of all, we will need you to send us a scan of the statutes of your civil association so that we can analyze the difficulty of the changes (which body decides what, under what conditions, etc.). Subsequently, we will need information about what specific changes you are interested in. Subsequently, after analyzing the statutes, we will give you a price offer, which, once you agree, we will start the whole process.
What if I don't have the articles of association? ▾
If you cannot find the original of the current version of the statutes or its electronic form (pdf, word), it does not matter. In this case, we can provide the wording of the statutes from the Ministry. Of course, any complication is a challenge for our team, do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to help you.
How long does it take to register changes in the civil association? ▾
It is very fast with us, we usually send documents to clients within 24 hours after receiving payment. However, it currently takes about 30-60 calendar days for the Ministry to change its statutes. The ministry does not observe the legal deadline of 15 days for association registration or he can't make it due to a large amount of agenda. The Ministry takes less time to write down changes to the articles of association, about 20 calendar days.
