What data and information do we need from you? ▾
For the liquidation of the non-profit organization and the preparation of documents, we will need the following data and information from you: scanned copy of the articles of association of the non-profit organization you wish to dissolve; List of members of the association; Information about the statutory representative; Details regarding whether the non-profit organization has or had employees; Information about whether the non-profit organization has or had a bank account. We will summarize all the required information in emails and send them to you. Just contact us, and we will assist you throughout the process.
How does the liquidation of a non-profit organization proceed? ▾
The liquidation of a non-profit organization proceeds in two stages. The first stage involves the entry into liquidation, the appointment of a liquidator (usually the statutory director), and a change in the organization's name. The non-profit organization will use a name with the addition "in liquidation." In the first stage, the announcement of the entry into liquidation is also published in the Commercial Bulletin, informing creditors that they can submit their claims.
After six months from the date of publishing this announcement, we proceed to the second stage. The second stage involves the proposal for the deletion of the non-profit organization. We handle the entire process of liquidation, up to the actual removal of the non-profit organization from the registry. You only need to sign the documents, and we will take care of everything else.
What if I don't have the articles of association of the n.p.organization? ▾
If you are unable to find the original current version of the articles of association, including its electronic form (pdf, word), it's not a problem. In this case, we can obtain the articles of association from the District Office. Any complications are a challenge for our team, so don't hesitate to contact us, and we will be glad to assist you.
How long does the dissolution of a non-profit organization take? ▾
In terms of time, it is very fast with us. We usually send the documents to clients within 48 hours of receiving the payment. The entire process, up to the final deletion, typically takes around 7 months on average; the duration is subject to legal deadlines.
