We will have a pre-consultation to discuss the entire process and answer your questions related to the erasure of the non-profit organization. We will send you an informational email detailing the information we will need from you (such as scanned copies of the current statues etc)
Payment for services
After sending a scan of the statutes and the necessary information, we will prepare a price offer and after its approval, we will send you payment information.
We will send you the documents
After receiving the payment, we will send you all the prepared documents necessary for the termination of the association via email.
You will sign the documents
You print the documents, sign them according to our instructions and send them to us by post or hand them over to us in person at our office.
We will arrange everything else
We will ensure the erasure of the association from the registry of civic associations, and once the process is completed, we will hand over the confirmation of erasure received from the Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Republic.

What data and information do we need from you? ▾
We will need from you a scanned copy of the association's articles of association that you wish to liquidate, a list of association members (name, surname), information about who holds which position in the association, and details regarding any assets or liabilities of the association. We will summarize all this information in a clear email that we will send to you. Just contact us, and we will take care of the rest of the liquidation process and document preparation.
How does the liquidation of a civic association proceed? ▾
The liquidation is divided into two stages. The first stage involves the entry into liquidation, the appointment of a liquidator (usually the statutory body of the association), and a change of name. The association will use a name with an added phrase indicating it is in liquidation. The first stage also includes the publication of a notice in the Commercial Bulletin, announcing that the civic association has entered into liquidation and that creditors have the opportunity to assert their claims. After six months from the date of publication of this notice, we move on to the second stage. The second stage is the proposal for the deletion of the association. We handle the entire liquidation process, including the deletion of the association from the registry of civic associations. You only need to sign the documents, and we will take care of everything else.

If you are unable to find the original current version of the articles of association and even its electronic form (PDF, Word), don't worry. In such cases, we can obtain the wording of the articles from the Ministry. Any complications are a challenge for our team, and we encourage you to contact us without hesitation; we will be glad to assist you.
How long does it take to terminate a civic association? ▾
In terms of time, it is very fast with us. We usually send the documents to clients within 48 hours after receiving payment. The entire process, up to the final deletion, takes an average of about 7 months; the duration of the process is subject to legal deadlines.
What if the civic association has liabilities (debts)? ▾
The answer to this question is complex and requires an individual approach, as well as an evaluation of the situation within the civic association. In the case where the association has liabilities, it is essential to handle the issue sensitively, as the factor of responsibility of the statutory body for its actions comes into play. Likvidácia sa rozdeľuje do dvoch štádii. Prvé štádium je vstup do likvidácie, vymenovanie likvidátora (likvidátorom je spravidla štatutárny orgán združenia) a zmena názvu. Združenie bude používať názov s dodatkom v likvidácii. Do prvého štádia spadá aj zverejnenie oznámenia do Obchodného vestníka ktorým sa oznamuje, že občianske združenie vstúpilo do likvidácie a že veritelia majú možnosť si prihlásiť svoje pohľadávky. Po uplynutí šiestich mesiacov odo dňa zverejnenia tohto oznámenia pristupujeme k druhému štádiu. Druhé štádium je návrh na výmaz združenia. Celý proces likvidácie až po samotný výmaz združenia z registra občianskych združení zabezpečujeme my. Vy len podpíšete dokumenty a my sa postaráme o všetko ostatné.
